Baked Marinated Wings
Ingredients:
2 Lbs. Chicken wings Marinate 1 ea. Garlic clove (minced) 1 Tbsp. cumin 1 Tbsp. coriander 1 Tbsp. grated cardamom 1 Tsp. cayenne pepper 2 Tsp. smoked paprika 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. black pepper 2 Tbsp. lemon juices 3 Tbsps. Olive oil Yogurt Sauce 1 C yogurt 1 clove garlic ½ tsp. olive oil Making Humus 1 Can chickpea 1/4 C tahini 1 lemon juice 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 C water All in food processor until mixture get smooth and creamy. Mix all marinating ingredients in a bowl Wash the wings pat dry with paper towel Separate the ends and divide in two pieces. Toss the wings into the seasoning mix; cover each of them by rubbing the mixture on. Keep it in the fridge for an hour or two. Place the wings on cooking sheet and bake at 400F until browned. Serve warm with yogurt sauce, humus, mixed spring green and rice. 6-1 2019 Back to poultry page |
