Baked Brussels sprout
Ingredients:
2 Lb. Brussels sprout 1/2 C finely chopped dill 1/2 C finely chopped cilantro 1/4 C finely chopped fresh thyme 1/4 C finely chopped fresh rosemary 1 /2 C bread crumbs 1 C parmesan (fresh grated) cheese 1/4 C olive oil Making: Wash the Brussel sprouts well and peel of dead leaves if there is any. Put in a deep boiling pan cover with water Cook it until Brussel Sprouts get slightly soft (not totally cooked) Drain them And transfer in to a shallow baking dish (Pyrex) In a mixing bowl bring all rest of the ingredients mix them well Spread on to the Brussel sprouts Drizzle olive oil on top evenly Bake in 300 F for 30 minutes.
