Angel Hair Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients:
One Pack fresh angel hair pasta 10 jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined) 1/2 tsp. cumin 1/2 tsp. red chili pepper 1/2 tsp. oregano 2 Tbsp avocado oil 2 (garlic cloves (minced) 1 medium size onion (chopped very small pieces) 1/2 C white wine 2 C heavy whip cream (or half and half) 1/2 C parmesan cheese 1/2 C mozzarella cheese 1/2 C Chopped parsley 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp freshly grated peppercorn Making: Boil 5 C water, empty the whole package of fresh pasta “for 30 sec. and drain quickly rinse with cold water. Heat the avocado oil add spices (chili pepper, cumin, oregano) sauté for few minutes. (do not burn the garlic) Add shrimps and keep sautéing two more minutes until shrimps turn the color to pink. Transfer the shrimps into a dish and set aside. Using the same pan add onion and butter in to the sauté until onions becomes translucent. Add mushrooms and garlic on high heat sauté mushrooms without getting juicy and avoid burning the garlic. Add white wine followed by heavy cream, keep stirring. Add both kind cheese mix gently. Add shrimps and quickly fold in drained pasta. Fold into a serving dish.
