Almond Walnut Brownie
Ingredients 4 Large eggs 2/3 C granulated sugar 1 C unsalted butter (melted) 1 1/2 C dark chocolate chips 1 Tbsp. liquid vanilla 1 C almond meal 1 C choice of hazelnut or walnut meal 2 Tbsp. unbleached flour 1 Tsp baking powder 1/2 C crunched hazelnut, walnut or almond to spread the top Making: In a measurement cup melt the butter, while it is still warm add the chocolate chips and stir until all melts. (the texture will be like warm chocolate syrup) set a side In a bowl whip eggs and sugar until mix becomes creamy and add vanilla set aside In another bigger mixing bowl mix nuts meals, add baking powder and flour. Mix well. Add egg mixture mix gently Add butter chocolate syrup mix gently Transfer the batter into the 8x8 pan Bake in 350 for 15 minutes if you like fudgy inside Or Bake in 325 for 15 minutes for chewier taste.
