Almond-Walnut Cookies

​Almond -Walnut meal Cookies.
Ingredients:
One egg
 1 ¼ stick butter (unsalted preferred)
1/2 C equally mixed grated walnut and Almond
1/4 Rye flour
1/2 C unbleached flour
1tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. lemon rind
1/4 tsp. salt
Topping:
1/4 dark chocolate +1/2 Tbsp butter melted)
1/2 Cup coconut flakes
 
Making:
Whip Room temperature butter and egg make a cream.
Add Grated nut mixture use mixer this time
Add rye flour mix again
Add the lemon rinds
Add baking powder
Add flour and manage to make a dough. (If dough is too soft add little more flour)
Chill the dough 15 minutes in the fridge.
Cut the dough into 30 equal pieces.
Roll each small piece into a 8-10 inches stick and fold it bringing to a tear drop shape.
Bake in 350 for 15 minutes.
Transfer cookies on to the cooling rack.
Dip each cookie top in to melted chocolate and roll into coconut flakes , return them to the cooling rack until chocolate solidifies.
