Almond milk Chocolate smoothie
1 Cup homemade almond milk
1 Tbsp. organic cocoa 1/2 Avocado (or avocado paste) 1/2 C iced water 1/2 Banana 1 Tbsp Cottage cheese 1/2 Tbsp. Vanilla (in bourbon makes a yummy difference) 1 Tbsp. cocoa collagen powder (if you have regular collagen powder then add 1/2 Tbsp. more coca powder) 1/2 Tbsp. Macao powder 1/4 Tbsp. Turmeric 1/4 tsp. grounded peppercorn 1/2 Tbsp. coconut oil Just enough shaved dark chocolate and sliced almond pieces for garnish. Making Basically, mix all ingredients in a blender and adjust smoothy mode and blend. It is about 43 seconds blending time. Transfer into a glass or travel mug and garnish with shaved dark chocolate and almond pieces. This drink is filled with essential nutrients for morning energy and keep you full for 3 hrs. at least.
