Almond Cocoa Macaroons

Ingredients:
3 Tbsp. organic cocoa powder
1 ½ C almond flour
1/3 C granulated sugar
3 egg whites
Pinch of tartar cream powder
1 tsp. Liquid vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
 
Making:
Preheat oven 325 F
Mix cocoa powder, almond flour and sugar in a bowl.
Separate egg white in to a deep mixing bowl add a pinch of tartar cream powder, whip it until it foams.
Add vanilla and almond extract
Fold in almond flour mix spoon by spoon into egg white mixture very gently.
Drop a spoonful of soft dough on to cookie sheet
Garnish a slice of an almond in each drop of macaroon.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Immediately remove the macaroons onto the rack.
You may sprinkle powder sugar after macaroons completely cooled off.
